Each client’s situation is unique.  We offer a no charge consultation at our offices or your location to asses the property and evaluate your goals.  Our recommendation may include one or several methods to achieve optimal results.  During the consultation, commission rates and fees may be discussed as well as auction estimates and placement.  A Consignor Contract may also be signed at this time.  Contact Us for information on how to arrange an evaluation of your property or join us for our Open Appraisal Day.

commission rates & fees

Our competitive commission rates vary between 15% and 35% and include storage, insurance, photography, advertising and auction preparation.  All of our auctions include professional staffing as well as computerized registration, clerking, checkout and itemized consignor reports.  In some instances, pickup, repair and disposal fees may apply.

Post auction

Consignors will receive a check and itemized consignor report within thirty business days after the auction.  If any items did not successfully sell or if there are additional items to be sold in an upcoming auction, appropriate notification will be included as well.  Prices for items sold in our online catalog auctions can be viewed via the Auction Results page of our website.
