Live/Internet Auction: May be used when the property warrants a broader audience. In this situation a live on-site or off-site auction is coupled with the power of the world wide web. An online catalog is posted weeks before the sale. Pre-registered bidders can bid online in real time as the live auction occurs.
Internet Auction: The preferred method for select collections or specific items that need an international audience. We have an outstanding reputation for selling quality items on the Internet. We have thousands of positive feedbacks in our Feedback Profile on eBay. A Feedback Profile is a user’s official reputation made up of comments from other eBay users and is an important indicator to a buyer of what they can expect if they should win an auction. Maintaining a strong positive feedback is very important.
Tag Sale: An on-site estate liquidation method used for selling property that may exhibit best where it is located. The items are pre-priced for sale and offered to the public for a set period of time. Usually a two day event, the merchandise is then discounted on the second day.
Consignment/Private Sale: May be the most appropriate method for highly specialized items with narrow audience appeal. Items may be displayed in our Gallery or sold directly from their existing location.
