Fees And Scheduling: Fees: Appraisal service fees are charged per hour. Fees include: inspection and description of property, photography, research, documentation and report preparation. Estimates: We recommend that you request an estimate prior to beginning the appraisal. This will serve to establish the total fee for services and ensure that an appraisal is recommended. Should the property in question not warrant your investment in a written appraisal, we will advise you accordingly. Scheduling: We can usually begin the appraisal within several days of being contacted. The time from beginning to submission of the completed appraisal report varies based on the number of objects and research required
